Cancellation Policy

Cancellation: In the event of cancellation, the client must notify the photographer as soon as possible. A non-refundable retainer fee, outlined in the initial agreement, will be retained by the photographer. Any payments made beyond the retainer fee may be refundable, subject to the photographer's discretion. Rescheduling: If the client needs to reschedule, they should inform the photographer promptly. The photographer will make every effort to accommodate the new date, subject to availability. In the case of rescheduling, the retainer fee will be applied to the new date if the photographer is available. If the photographer is unavailable for the new date, the retainer fee is forfeited. Force Majeure: In situations beyond control, such as natural disasters or emergencies, both parties agree to work together to reschedule the photography services. The retainer fee will be applied to the new date. If rescheduling is not possible, a partial refund may be considered, taking into account costs incurred by the photographer. Final Payments: The full payment for the photography services is due on or before the wedding day. In the case of cancellation or rescheduling, any outstanding payments are still required as per the original agreement. Communication: Open and timely communication is essential. Clients are encouraged to discuss any concerns or changes with the photographer promptly to ensure smooth coordination.
